Why do all important ideas have their origins in Europe and Asia?

Whatever ideas we think of, whether relating to science and philosophy or politics and art, we find that they originate in Europe and Asia and people who have their roots in those continents. No important or original thought in any subject has emerged from the native inhabitants of Africa, Australasia or North and South America. Why should this be?
