The PAINFUL Death Of The FORGOTTEN Tudor Princess

Published
Following the Battle of Bosworth Field, the Tudor dynasty began and the Wars of the Roses came to an end. For decades England had been plunged into Civil War with the House of York and the House of Lancaster fighting for the crown and the throne. But when Richard III was slain on the battlefield, shortly after Henry Tudor was proclaimed Henry VII and with him the most infamous dynasty in English History seized the crown. It was during the reign of the Tudors that Queens of England were executed inside the walls of the Tower of London, and where huge changes to religion occurred and were motivated by one mans lust for an attractive woman at court. Mary I also would burn many Protestants at the stake, and perhaps the greatest Queen England has ever had Elizabeth I defeated the Spanish Armada. But there were also many secrets and forgotten parts of the royal family that have been lost to time. Henry VII united England by marrying Elizabeth of York, and together the pair were the King and Queen, but the pair suffered greatly throughout their reigns from loss especially with regards to their children.

The most prominent son to Henry VII and Elizabeth of York that passed away was the heir to the English throne, Arthur the Prince of Wales. On the 2nd April 1502 inside of Ludlow Castle, he passed away after becoming ill along with his newly married wife Catherine of Aragon. Catherine recovered but Arthur never did, and with this the royal couple were greatly upset and distressed. It was with this death that Henry VIII would become the heir. But there was another child that sadly passed away that is largely forgotten about in the story of Tudor England. She was a princess who at the age of 3 died inside of Eltham Palace, but what is the story of Elizabeth Tudor?
